COVID-19 CLINIC UPDATES

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, City Acupuncture will continue to put patient and staff safety first. We require proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours if unvaccinated. Patients may wait in the outdoor waiting area or in the indoor waiting area if capacity allows. All practitioners will be wearing masks. We require patients wear their own mask/face protection while in the common areas of the clinic. Patients may remove them in their treatment bay.

City Acupuncture has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled in under 24 hours will be charged 75% of the service. If you have Covid  there will be a $45 patient illness fee. Practitioners are still paid for their time even with late cancellations. Thank you for your cooperation while we strive to keep our patients and staff healthy and safe.
